Doc. Dr. Ing. Václav Liška. LL.M., MBA is an expert on financial theory and capital markets and guarantor of study programs in the department of Social Sciences at CTU. He worked as the director of the UNIDO project for the Czech Republic, secretary general of SDIS, member of the Council of the Center for Securities, director of the expert programs of the WB and IMF meetings in Prague in 2000 and as an advisor to the Budget Committee of the PS of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. He managed a number of projects of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of the Interior. He performs a number of functions in the field of financial management and education in the field of monument care – he is the president of the Chamber of Monuments of the Czech Republic and chairman of Svatobor. He published a number of monographs in the field of economic theory and finance.
