This research sheds light on another type of architecture and urban planning throughout the history of Algeria, which many are unaware of, or believe to be circumstantial, it concerns what Prince Abdelkader has been building since the founding of the modern Algerian state for 17 years; as well as what he built in exile .The aim of this study is, first of all, to develop these military, civil and religious structures, as well as urban planning, in camp, tadamit, Bugar, Saida, Taza, subdo, Tlemcen, etc … And secondly and mainly , the crystallization of this architectural style, highlighting its features, its origin and its appreciation as a cultural heritage, and then the urban planning of the cities built by Prince Abdelkader, the founder of the modern Algerian state. To develop these heritage cities, we used the methodology of three-dimensional restoration and virtual rehabilitation. The architecture in the state of Emir Abdelkader was represented by military, civil and religious constructions that reflected defensive urban planning, due to the presence of the French occupier on الجزائر Algeria, who planned to occupy Algerian cities and impose his domination.
