The study aimed to present the proposed mechanisms for reimagining leaders in the light of artificial intelligence techniques in Saudi universities, by revealing the cognitive framework of artificial intelligence and the most prominent differences between artificial intelligence and human intelligence, and the importance of artificial intelligence in leading university institutions, as well as the most important artificial intelligence techniques necessary for contemporary university leaders, and the most prominent challenges facing university leaders in the application of artificial intelligence techniques, and to achieve the goal the study used the descriptive analytical approach by analyzing Studies and scientific papers and their results that deal with leadership in the light of artificial intelligence techniques, and the results showed that there is a difference between artificial intelligence and human intelligence, as artificial intelligence performs tasks more quickly and is easier to document, unlike intelligence, as well as artificial intelligence contributes to improving the efficiency of the administrative apparatus of educational institutions and access services to a high level of accuracy, and speed in storing information, while the results showed that artificial intelligence includes a wide range of techniques and tools such as machine learning The results also showed a set of challenges such as ethical concerns that must be studied and addressed to ensure the fair use of these technologies, and concerns about data privacy and security, and the study recommends the need to adopt the proposed mechanisms and facilita
