The presentation is an anylis of the phenomenon of blurring boundaries between two contrary cultural genres – the popculture and the higher culture. It is treated as an example of a need for fading educational themes, which were previously strictly defined. The starting point of the anylis is made here by description of basic set of factors which contribute to the interdisciplinary teaching approach, ie. expanding democratisation of selected educational elements in a increasingly multicultural world, as well the transformation of certain lifestyles in favour of a more globalised mindset among students. The general need of finding common denominator in the era of digitalised forms of interpersonal realtions is one of most important consequences of digital-turn and impact of technologies in everyday life. This paper gives insight into the most significant features of the mentioned above process and presents its impact on modern education and learning strategies.
