Sustainable and shared mobility options are essential components of livable cities, as they reduce congestion, lower emissions, and decrease car dependency while promoting accessible urban spaces. The ShareDiMobiHub project advances Shared Mobility Hubs as a sustainable urban solution by fostering knowledge exchange and learning among stakeholders such as municipalities, mobility providers, and urban planners. Central to the ShareDiMobiHub project is a digital participatory platform designed to facilitate a structured collection, sharing, and application of knowledge for implementing and expanding shared mobility hubs. However, a key challenge lies in effectively communicating project findings to support decision-making and facilitate the upscaling of successful practices. This paper examines how the outcomes of digital participatory and learning platforms, such as those in ShareDiMobiHub, can be effectively communicated to promote knowledge transfer and inform decision-making for more livable urban spaces. It addresses the central question: How can the results of a digital learning platform be best shared to support the scaling of shared mobility initiatives and contribute to the development of livable cities? Drawing on pilot studies, project materials, and previous research, this paper outlines a case study methodology for documenting, analyzing, and disseminating project results. It identifies communication strategies that enhance stakeholder learning and engagement while leveraging best practices for digital platforms. Finally, the paper provides recommendations for improving the communication of shared mobility project outcomes, ensuring that digital tools foster collaboration, adaptability across urban settings, and the creation of more sustainable, inclusive, and livable cities.
