To react to the global competition, countries have achieved the enhancement of local economy and vitality by preserving and clarifying local cultural characteristics. However, mostly, regional culture reforming are still be processing by upper-bottom way (elite professional planner) instead developing and designing which is founded on life culture. Purely spatial construction could not solidify locals daily life, neither could revive local life function. In addition, it might weaken local life feature and construction of interior social network. It should develop upon Daily Life Behaviour and to consider how local actors (Groups) to reassemble daily life environment and reform life culture which is belonged to and recognised by local actors through reuniting diverse factors within different time dimension within current Space. All those factors allow local culture could be inherit also allow participants could integrate/ be affected, that is the concept of Meme. The research apply anthropological research methods such as long-term on-site field research, photography, and participatory observation to demonstrate the scope of local cultural life circuit, to explore the features and display of cultural behavior landscape also the type of local Cultural Life Meme (possible composed formula). To prove the existence and features of Cultural Life Meme, and its relationship to Cultural Life Circuit and Cultural Behaviour Landscape. Eventually to discuss the possible form and types of cultural life meme and to demonstrate the existence of cultural meme that can be the function of constructing the future local life culture gene bank. It can reply to the modern urban development concept which indicate the regional development should be formed based on the local, and the Cultural Life Meme could be the value reference of the future development and design.
